“But at what cost?” He asks with a smirk, taking a few more bites from his burger and fries while she offers a few suggestions. Once he washes those down with his drink, he looks across at her and a sly smile. “Cancun? I’m sorry, are he on spring break in sophomore year of college?” He teases, his eyes twinkling mischievously. “Hawaii sounds nice. There’s Aruba.. Jamaica, Bermuda..” He stops for a moment and ponders the collection of destinations he’s mentioned.
“I’m starting to sound like a Beach Boys song.” He laughs to himself and leans back into his seat. “We can go wherever you want. As long as I get to see you in a bikini, I don’t even care.” Larry admits as he continues eating his burger. Several minutes later, both the burgers and French fries have disappeared from his plate and he is gulping down the last of his Coke. “That was delicious.” He hasn’t a clue where his sudden appetite came from. He hasn’t eaten this well in quite a while.
“Unlike some people that I know – I actually like salads.” Ally states with a playful scoff, and a slightly roll of her eyes, before turning her attention back in his direction. “Hey, you asked for suggestions and I g a v e you suggestions… though if I’m being honest – I never did the whole sophomore spring break thing way back when… but I hear its gorgeous over there.” Even when she was a student, Ally had always been severely goal oriented – hell she’d graduated first in her class, she wouldn’t have gotten such an honor if she hadn’t of been such a n e r d about it all.
At his following laundry list of places, Ally scrunches up her nose slightly, and lets out a nearly inaudible s n o r t. “Oh geez, now I’m gonna have that song stuck in my head for a week.” She comments moment later, while chewing down the remainder of her fries off of the plate with a soft grunt. “Mm, all of those sound really fantastic – though, I have a very short list of requirements… must be warm and pretty.” With a faint hum, Ally shifts about in her seat and takes a sip of her soda.
