Larry leans into her touch and closes his eyes, unsure of how they’re going to move forward from this. The only reason he hasn’t completely shackled himself with grief is that he knows she needs him as much as he needs her. He can’t afford to lose it. His wife needs him and so does Matthew. Larry stares down at her morosely, “None of that matters anymore.” He says, shaking his head.

“The only thing we can do now is power through it.” Even as the words leave him, he knows it will be a seemingly impossible feat. How do you bury your child? How do you recover from the pain of losing someone who depends on you for so many things - someone you love and trust? Larry’s arms tighten around his wife as he tries to silence his dark thoughts.

With a sigh, the blonde nods, her eyes then drifting to the wall behind them. She honestly had no clue how they were going to power through the loss of their child. It was uncharted and devastating territory to say the least. The blonde gnaws anxiously at her lower lip as she feels his arms tighten and simply rests her cheek against his chest once more. There wasn’t much to be said.

Nothing about what they were currently going through was even remotely okay. No words could change the fact that they would soon be planning their sons funeral. Just the thought alone made her feel sick to her stomach. “I… let’s sit.” She murmurs softly, feeling a tad lightheaded, just as Rob told her she might for the next twenty four hours, due to not only loss of blood but the elevated stress.
