“I think we’re both on the same page, there.” Larry agrees, leaning down to give her a tender kiss. He brushes his thumb against her cheek briefly before heading over to the coffee pot to pour them each a cup. He hands hers over to her and takes a sip from his steaming mug. “Well, not sure what to do, to be quite honest.” He sighs and sets his cup down onto the counter, perching his hip against it and shrugging.

She takes the cup of steaming coffee that was offered to her and almost instantly takes a sip of the beverage, before nodding in agreement. “I’m right there with you, I am kind of just running on auto pilot if I’m being completely honest.” Ally states. With a sigh, she sets her coffee mug down onto the counter, and reaches up to rub aimlessly at the back of her neck.
“There’s really nothing we can do, other than wait for the other shoe to drop… as blunt as that sounds.” She says, while bringing both of her hands up to rub at her eyes, before stroking her hair back and out of her face. Sure, she could clean some more, but she’d already done that the night before. There was only so much cleaning that could be done. They could try to eat something, but if she was being honest, she didn’t have much of an appetite either.
