“Yeah we don’t want a grumpy baby.” Larry accepts her kiss willingly as she maneuvers herself to begin massaging him. With a low groan of satisfaction, he leans into her touch and his head falls forward to rest against his chest. As she works the knots from is body, he closes his eyes, her hands working wonders on the tension in his neck and shoulders.

Larry nods and looks back at her. “I’m sure their stomaches will wake them when they’re ready.” Their dogs and kids had always been sleepy and the boys usually kept to themselves when they weren’t asleep. He wasn’t sure how Matthew was going to deal with his brother’s death, but it wasn’t looking good so far. Although it’s only been less than a day.

There was no doubt in her mind that their youngest boy was going to need a lot of help moving forward.

It was the tough questions that she knew he was going to ask that she knew she wouldn’t have answers for, that she was dreading. No one understood why such a tragedies occurred. Though it was normal human instinct to wonder if there was anything that could have been done to change the course of fate. “Yeah, that should be any minute… they usually make it a habit to start pacing once the sun comes up.” She adds, though her voice depicted that her mind was elsewhere.
